The hotel offers great rooms, a well-spotted resort enjoyed by kids, but I can't recommend it as I did in the past. The rooms had a slight smell at first, but they were very large and comfortable. The location was behind the tennis court with construction ongoing above the roof. The rooms are simple, good, and clean with all necessary amenities, including a big bed and a nice hammock.
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The location is fantastic, right by the beautiful Muro Alto Beach, offering a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with lovely balconies, but the dining experience could be improved considering the price paid. The exceptional service and friendly staff truly made our stay memorable. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable, adding to the overall positive experience.
The room with a pool view was easily accessible and enjoyable for our family, although it lacked some setup convenience. The comfortable beds were a highlight, but the room did not match the basic room in the neighboring Nannai Hotel.
